Dancin to be a Super Star

This is Star,Saiyai's Dancin to be a Super Star, a female chihuahua puppy of five months old. I planned to sell her to a lady in Netherland so that she can make her name there. But every life has a life-map of it's own. Star encountered changes, which many of you might have heard of her chaotic life before.

Star will now live her life in Thailand at Saiyai Kennel.

And...look at her.

Nick, Beam and little Jasper

เอาเป็นว่า นิค กะ บีม เดินทางเข้ากรุงเทพฯในเช้าวันนี้ ด้วยภารกิจหลักประการเดียวคือมารับ Jasper คาวาเลียร์น้อยวัย 3 เดือน ลูกชายขุนแผน ( Th.Ch.Saiyai's Prince at Heart) ไปเป็นลูกชายตัวแรกในครอบครัว นิครู้จัก...และเคยเลี้ยงคาวาเลียร์ตั้งแต่เมื่อยังเรียนหนังสืออยู่ออสเตรเลีย

Jasper จึงจัดเป็น Cavalier ที่โชคดีมาก ได้ไปอยู่ในครอบครัวที่น่ารัก รู้จัก และรัก คาวาเลียร์ ทั้งยังได้อยู่ในที่ที่ใครๆก็อยากอยู่....ชำอำ เชียวนะ

Typhoon กับ ขุนแผนก็ออกมารับแขกด้วย ในสภาพที่ "ซกมก" ทีเดียวเชียว

โชคดีนะ Jasper นะ อ้อนคุณพ่อคุณแม่ให้พามาเยี่ยมบ้านสายใยบ้าง...

Nick and Beam, actually I should call them teacher Nick and Beam because they are both teaching at Silapakorn University. So they reside in Cha-am, they're so lucky they don't have to pay for a beach-side residence.

They travelled to Bangkok this morning with the sole mission of picking up Jasper, the three months old cavalier, son of Khun Pan (Th.Ch. Saiyai's Prince at Heart) to be their first son in the family. Nick knew of and have raised a cavalier king charles back in his school days in Australia.

So Jasper can be considered a very lucky cavalier king charles. HE gets to live with a family that is sweet and knows and loves cavalier king charles. And he gets to live in the place where everybody wants to...Cha-am.

Typhoon and Khun Pan came out to greet the visitors in a very "messy" form.

Good luck Jasper. Don't forget to ask your mom and dad to come and visit Saiyai Kennel sometimes.

This is "Diamond"

This is "Diamond", a female smooth coat chihuahua, belongs to Melina Simons , Ontario,Canada, featured on a calendar of browntrout which sold all over the world.

Great weekend !!

Last weekend was quite a good weekend for my dogs. Beside the bad
news from our dear friend Michelle it seemed that nothing was bad for me (even when the government announced that we're broke !! and the big mob has protested the government, couldn't destroy my weekend) The dogs that went to show brought home some happiness.!!!

For Cash after he stopped showing for a while because he was whining
and lazy he came back big again by showing in a big event hosted by
FCI at the end of last year and he did well. He has been doing good
up until the show early last month; some of my friends may have seen
the result on my webpage already. Last weekend Cash "tried" to show
without his full capability- he was in 3 out of 5 shows and he won 2
BoB, 1 RBoB. This might be a sign telling me Cash might be able to
show again.



Barron is still hot for being Thailand's No.1 Smooth Coat Chihuahua
of the Year 2008 by entering all 5 shows and Barron won 4 BoB and 1
RBoB. At that moment I thought of Jane Kay, my dearest friend. Every
time Barron wins RBoB Jane says it's not good enough because there
should be no one who can beat Barron. This time Jane would say the
same even though he won 4 BoB! LOL

Brooke, a beautiful daughter of Cash entered the show with a big
applause from fans as if she won best in show! LOL that's because
Brooke is so beautiful, elegant and shows so well. She gets along
really well with my friend who came in to help train and show her.
They both looked so good in the ring. Brooke won 2 CCs which are
best of winners and RBoB, after Barron. She also
finished her championship in this show.

Let's pray for Michelle's little "Pants"

I started Sunday morning in Bangkok by recieving this letter from Michelle,our dear friend. I'm very very sad for her and little Pants.

Some time when people say "my heart goes to you" and "I'll pray for you" ,we may forget to do so. But this time,this morning, my heart goes across the oceans to Michelle and Pants. As Michelle is our nice friend,and Pants is an adorable nature's creation that belongs to our friends heart,let's pray for him.

And this is the letter from Michelle ,some of you might recieve it already.

Hi Friends:

Just wanted to touch base with all of you and let you know how horrible of a day I am having.
This morning my chocolate baby (puppy) "Pants" who I simply adore...has taken a seizure.
When I found him...he was listless, wet at the mouth, and stool tarry.eyes rolled back into his head....My boy was in coma state.

First thought was hypoglycemia...so with fast thinking ran and got the Nutrical and Nutridrops...and administered to him. ...his eyes stared to blink and he went into the doggie paddle movement (all typical of a low blood sugar).

I then drove 110 miles(seriously) an hour to our animal emergency clinic where a nurse was waiting at the door for him and they swooped him away.

After about an hour they called me back in to the room.. There he laid still in coma state and on a heated air pillow...with a nurse massaging him....They had also started the little guy already started on IV drip..gave him dextrose and ran his blood work.

He tested negative for liver shunt (thank God) but his liver was slightly elevated. possible infection..not sure at the moment...his electrolytes were also off the wall..

After about 2 additional hours my little boy has still not pulled out of the coma like state...so they moved him to an incubator...after about another hour he gave a big yelp and started moving and his eyes opened for a brief moment...then he went back into coma state.

As you can imagine... I am mortified...My dogs are like my children and care deeply for them. I had to leave the vet office...

He will not be coming home tonight as expected.

PLEASE...keep "PANTS" IN YOUR PRAYERS....
I am sick to my stomach...however I do know these things can and will happen...BUT still, it is never easy to deal with.

Pants... has passed away few minutes after I wrote this blog spot.

I 'll keep praying for him with hopefully hope he will be in heaven.
