When my dream comes true:-)))

It wasn't long ago when my family and I dreamed that if any of Saiyai Doghome's dog was invited to a big show like Westminster, we would be so proud. We also thought that if one day one of our dogs become top ten in the US, would I be able to stand on the ground still? If I might be floating in heaven, would anyone catch me? or would we all be flying together?

It was only a dream for not too long. In 2009, Malee flew to the USA to be shown by Erika Lanasa. With limited shows from 26th July - 5th December 2009, Malee became number 6 of all breeds in USA.

In February 2010, there were 2 dogs by Saiyai's breeding that were invited to be shown in Westminster -" Malee" BISS.AM.GCH.CH. SAIYAI'S THAI LITTLE FLORIST "MALEE& "Tommie": AM.CH.SAIYAI'S MIRACLE MOMENT FOR BRISLIN ,whom beloved and own by Michelle Brislin.

Tommie stopped his show career. He became a dad, and a mommy's boy at the same time. Malee, who still continue with her show in Specialty, ranks number 5 in all breeds and number 6 in breed.

Malee was invited to show in CCA event in Chicago in last October and she got the Award of Merit. She is also invited to show at Eukanuba show in Long Beach in December 2010,Invitation to Wastminster 2011,Invitation to Cruft 2011 in London,and invitataion to the World Dog Show 2011 in Paris.

Oh! It seemed not so long ago when I dreamed of even fewer invitations! Dreams keep coming true, one after another. It's like big waves of good news hitting the shore at the same time! However, I don't know how far Malee , Erika and I can follow this dream path. We want to accept every invitation and go to every show but we might end up only going to the World Dog Show.

We will see:0)

MY CCA MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN APPROVED!!!!!:0)))))

It's Friday morning, November 5th, 2010. I checked my mail as usual, there was a mail that got me excited.... very excited . It was an email from CCA telling me that I was approved to be a member of CCA. This is one of the best news of 2010.

Thank you all Board Members of ...the CCA for valuing a small exhibitor/breeder from Thailand. Your kindly approval means the world to me and every life of Saiyai Doghome,Thailand. I think I'm the first Thai member of CCA.

Thank you Mrs. Jane Kay and Erika Lanasa for being my sponsors (and for many other things). You all already know how meaningful Erika Lanasa has been to me, but I would like to thank her again here.

I'd like to say something shortly about Jane Kay, my best friend and my mentor who always supports me in everything. It's more than I can list here. There is already a big space in my heart filled with great things Jane has done for me.

Jane Kay is one of the senior judges who judges all breeds in the US and aroud the world for decades. She has been invited to judge all around the world, including once in Thailand. It was the show I hosted in 2006, which is when I met her. She has become an important part of my life in the dog show world. I can easily say that without Jane, there would be no Saiyai Doghome name. Thank you, dear Jane for bringing MANY sunshine into my life.

I also want to thank Karen Hamling for supporting. You have guided, asked, and concerned about my CCA membership. Karen even kindly offered to be my sponsor. If CCA needed more than 2 sponsors, Karen would be one of them.

Thank you many of my Chihuahuas who show so well and work so hard, and for placing footsteps from Saiyai Doghome in the US. Without these chihuahuas, I would never have reached this honorable membership.

"Rose" passed away...

I recieved a mail from Roxana Hossli ,today...early morning. The mail didn't make my day at all.

Roxana kindly told me that our precious "Rose" has crossed the rainbow bridge.

On September 27th , Roxana saw that Rose was not playful as ussually. She didn't eat much and slept alot. Roxana watched her carefully in the evening and woke up at 4 AM to check Rose. Roxana said when she walked into Rose's room she saw a huge puddle of diarrhea. She said it was too much for such a small dog. Roxana grapped her and droved to an animal clinic .

The vet mannaged to put an IV in her neck. At 10 AM. Rose started to move and later on she tried to sit up. But at 3.4 PM ,Rose had a heart attack , the vet tried to revive her but she was gone.

Roxana brought Rose home and burried her in the garden .

Rose left the world , traveled across the rainbow bridge to heaven on 28th September 2010 at 3.3 pm ,when she was the age of 15 months ,24 days .

I fully understand why Roxana justtold me today ,after three weeks past. It must has been hard for her to speak or write about it. For me , it's hard for my heart top make my day happy after this....and it might be for awhile...a big big while...may be all my life.

Rose must have been hurting and in so much pain. While I'm writing this ,tears are still coming out of my eyes. I can't stop crying for hours.What makes me a bit happer is thinking that Rose has no more pain now.

In her short time, Rose made both her breeders (Saiyai & I) and her owner proud. Rose finished Thai Championship at the age of just six and a half months old . Not very often do we have a champion at such young age. She finished American championship very fast as well.

Now Rose doesn't have to work or make anyone else proud anymore. Now she is resting in peace.

At Mid - Susquahanna KC , past weekend , "Joy" : Th.Ch. Saiyai Jumping for Joy to Exclusive Jasmine got a reserve Breed on Satureday and she won Winners Bitch for a 3 point MAJOR!!! on Sunday , all by Erika Lanasa. It was "Joy" first show in America.

"Joy" is one of "Malee"'s siblings.:-)

BB finished his American Champion by Hiram Stewart today!!!!!! at the show of Houston Chihuahuas Club , Texas. BB won Best of Winners, Winners Dog, 5 points MAJORS!!!!!!!

"Love" and "Faith" are almost 4 months old and will go to thier new loving homes soon but "Richie" will live with Roxana's family forever.

The mother of "Faith" and "Love" is "Princess" a beautiful daughter of "Cash" and "Primrose". Princess also lives happily with Roxana.

This is the picture of Malee, when she finished her American Championship with a major, with her handler, Erika Lanasa on 7th August, 2009.

Allow me to say again that Malee was ranked no.6 long-coat chihuahua in America in 2009, after limited showing from 26th July to 5th December. She won many majors and 13 group places.

Less than a year passed by, she has earned the title of "Grand Champion" in America on 24th July, 2010. Malee is one of the first Grand Champions of Anmerica.

I wonder what the next step of BISS. AM.GR CH.CH.Saiyai's Thai Little Florist "Malee" will be.

On Tuesday ,10th August , Erika told Saiyai that Malee 's points was close to "grand champion", and I was...WOW! WOW! WOW! , if you remember how crazy I was , with only the word "close to".

Yesterday, I recieved an email from AKC , read" Congratulations on your dog's attainment of the Grand Champion title. Being one of the first dogs to earn this new title is a great achievement"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked Saiyai to tell this to Erika and Erika kindly checked with the AKC.Every minute of yesterday passed by so slowly for me. I couldn't breath well , actually.

Today, I recieved an email from Erika , it's a short message ,but what Erika wrote was:
"YEAH!! Malee is a Grand Champion!! She titled July 24th :-))"

Oh! my....you know where I am. I'm flying to the moon , sun , and stars!!!!!

"Malee" got 2 BoB out of 4 days at the Canfield. Erika says Malee's point is close to Grand Championship. I don't understand much about how to reach the grand champion in America. BUT hearing this makes me feel WOW! WOW! WOW!

And in the Phillipppines, RP.Ch. Saiyai Thai Misty Meadow for Diamond King aka "Andy" won BOB and BOS past weekend. His son , "Tommy" , won the class. John Uy , the owner, says that Tommy really needs to gain more confident.

Celeb's wins in Thailand

Saiyai's Thai Celebrity for Sugarhills aka "Celeb" got one Best Local Born in Breed and 2 CCs at the show in Thailand. She needs only 3 more points to finish. I'm not sure if her owners , Peter & Ellika of Sugarhills will allow her to stay here longer to finish Thai Championship before going to show in Hawaii.

Andy & Tommy...Face off!!!

The right one is the father . His name is RP.Ch. Saiyai's Thai Misty Meadow for Diamond King ,aka "Andy". Andy was bred by Saiyai Doghome. His parents are DK.TH.Ch. Alveena Misty Meadow Masa FCI and TH.CH. "Soyjumpa" The Flower of Love and Friendship. Andy lives with and owned by John Irvin Uy , The Phillipines.

The left one is the son , "Tommy". Tommy ofcourse is bred by John Uy , the owner.

Eventhough the pictures don't show the two of them being friendly to one another , John told me that when at home the two of them love and play with each other. But in the ring they have the blood of showing dogs so they do not give in to one another. SUCH GREAT BLOODLINE THEY ARE FROM!!!!! :0)))

Valuable day

Today my family and I visited some of our adopted dogs. It's great to feel that we had spent times on lives, that although they are not valuable , value our visits. We are thier Very Important Persons ,LOL.

"Dum" the cripled dog who was hit by a car and can no longer walk , likes to sit at the door. I guess that there are two reasons for this , he can't walk any more and he likes to feel like people have to ask for his permissions to walk through.

"Lucky" ,this one was also probably hit by a car . My son found found he was left in the rain in a street. "Lucky" is cured now., but no longer can walk. Lucky has very good tast. He likes eating grilled chicken and fresh milk.

"Loso" was hit by a car and his hind legs are compleatly useless. He is training to walk with the wheels.

This one , I found her with a broken jaw , unable to eat anything,and had cancer in her sexual organ. I took her to the vet. The cancer has been cured, and the jaw has improved but the vet stll needs to handfeed. In the picture, she was practicing to eat by herself.
