This is one of my "dream boys". He is out of my sweet Tommy , Am.Th.Ch. Believe in Tommy Boy and "yardtip" the super star of Saiyai kennel, so he is the sibling of Tommie, who finished American Champion with BEST PUPPY IN SHOW record, past weekend ,by Jim Lehman and owns by Michelle Brislin.
I call this boy "Tony" but my brother ,Tom , calls him "Arrow" . Tom may finally wins because the boy and the littermates live with him.LOL
I don't know why I like this photo so much, may be because I took it myself.Kidding.
Now serious, just look at him... don't your hearts melt like hot chocolate?

Tommie has become an American Champion
Tommie won 3 more major points in the show in Chicago in the past weekend, with Jim Lehman. So, Tommie is a full American Champion. Congratulations to Michelle Brislin, the devoted owner. Again, thank you Jim Lehman for the great job.
I am proud to announce that Tommie is the first Thai-bred chihuahua to become an American Champion.
And I would like to devote this championship to the great sire and dam:
Am.Th.Ch. Believe in Tommy Boy "Tommy"
&
"Yardtip" the Superstar of Saiyai Kennel
We are waiting for more photos of Tommie. Both the pictures of when he won Best Puppy in Show, and when he became champion. There is no doubt at all that once I have the photos I will post them up. LOL
From the good work by Tommie, Michelle and I are assuming that he enjoys showing. So, this partnership with light wallets but big hearts, are planning on showing Tommie a bit further. We are planning of showing him in Thailand before sending him to show at the World Dog Show in Slovakia in October. There is still so much to talk about Tommie's winnings, and Michelle and I are never tired of talking about it. LOL.

Saiyai's dogs in battle past weekend
The past weekend is another weekend where chihuahuas of Saiyai Kennel went out to battle both in America and Thailand. I think all of them did a good job.
Malee showed well again yesterday, not quite as well as the first 2 days, they were in a different building and she was afraid of a wall at the end of the ring. She did however show well enough to win the breed over a specials bitch and got another 3 pt. Major, winners bitch best of winners and a breed win !!!! She showed well for her first time in the group, it is a large ring with a lot of dogs, and she was very brave :)
It means at the end of this weekend she has 3 majors, 9 pts. and a breed win... not bad for her first 3 shows.
Baron had a cold on Saturday, so he only entered two shows, on Sunday. He won one Best of Breed and one Reserve Best of Breed. Baron still has the number one points for chihuahua smooth coat in Thailand, at the moment. He has a slight lead. Last year, Baron became Thailand's number one chihuahua smooth-coat by more than half of his points. But this year, there have been many good chihuahuas, both imported from all around the world and ones that have been bred here in Thailand. So it's been a fun competition.
Next show in Thailand will be hosted by a friend and I. So I won't be sending any of my dogs, so Baron will miss the next show. This will make his point collections even more exciting.!!!!
The pictures on the blog today are pictures of Baron with me and of Baron and his son, Roger. They were taken by Bend, a young Thai lady, who is a big fan of Baron.

Roger Federer won first place of the Puppy Group, four times, and won one Best Puppy in Breed. Yes, he has finished Thai Championship after showing for only two weekends. In total, he has won six CCs, three Best Puppy of Breed, one Reserve Best of Breed, and RESERVE BEST PUPPY IN GROUP!
So Roger Federer may fly to Erika Lanasa earlier. This is just my idea, but I will have to speak both to Erika Lanasa, who will be showing Roger, and a friend of mine who's the owner of Roger. If both parties agree to send Roger earlier, then Roger will fly.

Look! What Malee got at her first show!!!!
My "Malee",Saiyai's Thai Little Florist"Malee" , started her first show with Erika Lanasa at Lackawanna kennel club ,Pennsylvania .
My dear friend Michelle Brislin and Linda Mcguffey kindly informed from the ring that Malee showed beautifully, and had her head, ears & tail up, very brave and nice with the judge( Mrs. Zimmerman). She won winners bitch, and best of winners -so she beat all the females and males that were not champion AND today was a 3 point major!!
That was not bad for the first show, right?
When Malee arrived to Erika, Malee was quite shy and lack selfconfidence. So for Malee to have shown very well and bravely , it was a great job by Erika Lanasa.
Michelle kindly took this photo for me. I thank you.
Malee's clear photo is in my current contenders page. http://www.saiyaikennel.net/contenders.html

Hero
This is "Hero",littermate of Roger Federer. Hero lives with and owns by my Thai friend, Anucha. Hero is not looking as good as Roger, but doesn't look too bad.LOL
I named him "Hero" because he was the smallest and seemed weakest in the litter but... look at him.... he finally survived and sounds very good health. Now Hero is 6 months old and looks happy. I am so happy with what he has become. He is our hero.
And thanks to his family,AP.Srisutham chihuahuas, for loving him, being so proud of him and taking very good care of him....our hero...

Mook & Ko ,my latest adoption.
Mook and Ko are the latest abandoned crippled dogs that I have adopted. Both of them seems to be poodles. They were both abandoned at a a temple at the same time, so we assume they're siblings. Mook is a female. When she was abandoned, no one knew why because she seemed in perfect health. Ko, the male, has a crippled left leg since they first met.
The people began to understand later that Mook is blind. The reason they know is because she rran around unknowingly and bang into things and people. When she bumped into people who felt disturbed, they were both hit and cast away. The day when someone decided to rescue them was the day that Mook was hit so bad her jaws broke. She ate the food that some merchants were preparing to sell, so she was punished. Her rescuer took them to the veterinarian and was looking for someone to adopt them for a long time, until I finally stepped in.
Mook were healed by having the vet sewing her jaws, which means her under jaws are shorter than her upper part of her mouth. Her tongue is always hanging out because she cannot put it away. So Mook is both blind and incapable of chewing her own food. As for Ko, he continues to drag his left leg around.
My brother Tom, took Mook and Ko to live with him. His family loves and cares for them very much. Tom feed liquid food to Mook everyday. The well-beings of these two have improved as much as it could, and they are loved as they should be. But I do not know how long their life-scars will remain in their hearts, or perhaps for the rest of their lives.

Daisy at her new home
Daisy is the only puppy of Baron & Brooke who went to my Thai friend. Daisy is enjoying her new family and she is beloved. Anucha, my friend, Daisy's owner, is crazy in showing dogs. He finished Brooke as a Thai champion for me. He loves Brooke and adores Baron . Getting a puppy of Brooke and Baron is a miracle for him. He is planing to start showing Daisy at the baby class. LOL
Here are pictures of Daisy at her new home.

Asean Summit at Phuket Thailand
There is the 14th Asean Summit at Phuket, Thailand. The Opening Ceremony is today. Thailand is the the host of this summit. There are 10 Asean countries and 26 allies, including one Hilary Clinton, participating. There are representatives from the UN observing.
One point up for debate is to create a shared visa to be used in all 10 Asean countries for the convenience of travelers.
They spent one moment to pay respect to the people who were affected by the suicidal bombings at Ritz and Mariot Hotels in Jakarta, Indonesia two days ago. Many people died and injured.

Here are Roger Federer's winning photos
Here are the pictures of Roger Federer in the show in the past weekend, which he won the Reserve Best Puppy in Group, which made me happy and have sweet dreams until today.
Because of them
Last night was a night I slept most deeply and happily in many months. Might be because I was tired from just recovering from a sickness, and I was still very happy with the show results of Tommie, Gina, and Roger Federer. As I've already shown off, haha, that's the reason, which made me have a very sweet dream.
When I woke up, these are the sights around my bed. See, how happy I am. I was happy when I was asleep, and I was happy when I woke up because of them.

A rose card from Marina, Moscow
I was sick. (just a little bit sick and now I am OK) Marina knew that and she kindly created a beautiful card with a picture of a rose in her garden , for me.
I treasure this card in my blog and in my heart.
Thank you Marina. It meant a lot to me.

Yes! Tommie won Best Puppy in Show
We only spoke a few days ago that Michelle's Tommie won Best Puppy in Group. Just that had Michelle and I screaming across the oceans.
The latest report from Jim Lehman, the great handler who's showing Tommie, said Tommie went reserve the first day Best of winners the next two days total of three more points. Friday and SAt he went 2nd in puppy group. On Sunday he went BEST PUPPY IN SHOW.
Yes! Tommie won Best Puppy in Show. I was amazed and didn't know what to do. I never thought I could ever breed a puppy worthy of a Best in Show, even if it's just the Puppy class.
Thank you Michelle Brislin for devoting so much to Tommie. Thank you Jim Lehman, the great handler who makes our dream (a dream we never told anyone) comes true.
Most of all, thank you Tommy (Am.Th.Ch. Believe in Tommy Boy) and Yardtip for producing this little gorgeous boy, for us.

Look at Marina's precious boy
Marina of Masway, Moscow kindly sent me some nice pictures of the boy, who made me light-hearted. Do you remember this boy, whom we saw before he opened his eyes and were lying in Marina's hands. Now he's a little handsome boy enjoying the Moscow sun, the bonsai tree, and his parents.
I told Marina that if this boy was a girl, I will fight to my last drop of blood to have her. Fortunately, he's a boy. I wonder who will become the lucky owner.
