The un-security guard

Thai people have sense of humor in our blood. This dog is a proof.

I found this dog at a university. He is a homeless, owner-less dog, who lives near a university security booth. On his neck, there is a collar and a name tag, which look similar to an employee name tag. The message was written in Thai and we can all assume that this tag was specially made for this dog.

The tag says:
A card allowing to bark and howl in the university.
Name: Mr. Boonlong Ruckhongair ( Mr. love air conditioning room)
Duty: un-security guard
Position: very special patrol officer

Ahh, doesnt he look sweet. Who do you think put the collar on him? They must be feeding him too as he looks to be in good health.

Joom, please keep an eye on him to make sure he is ok.

Bless your kind heart, Rick.

The guard and thesudents in the university feed him everyday. He seems to be beloved and too much feeding. Everybody sees him and says "Oh! pittyful boy" and feed him hundred times a day!

I asked the guard with the same of your question "who put the colar on him."? He smiled broadly and said " A student did and I helped him".
