Natalia's flying Shihtzu

Natalia Chernova sent me pictures of some of her Shihtzu .All of them are in "flying" position. They are so cute that I can't keep it to myself. I've never known before that Shihtzu are dogs that like to fly.

No lots of works today.

Today is "easy day" in my office, most of the articles and art works have been done. No appointments as well. So I broght "Cash" with me.

Just looking at Cash and his natural movement running around in my office makes my working environment so much brighter . Cash has such great movement .

In the picture, Cash didn't run at all. I hug him all time. Well, as I said ,no lots of works today.

Fiona: the life of the party!!

Irena at Aneridee , Finland, sent the pictures of Fiona , her 8 weeks old female black-tan Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to me before making a trip for her vacation to Praque.

Fiona is so adorable, isn't she?

Irena said : Fiona was trying to be a boss of everyone and the " life of the party "at all times ;)). I can imagine that , Irena.That is what Cavalier King Charles are !!!

Nice puppy of Marina at Masway

Lately, I have many puppies to present here both from myself and from friends.

This male puppy shown below belongs to Marina at Masway Chihuahuas ,Russia. I showed the puppy here because he has very nice marking.Hope we enjoy him together!

Saiyai's Holy Tattoo

Saiyai 's Holy Tattoo is the latest daughter of "Piko" Th.Ch. Baal of Irie Family JP and is a granddaughter of "Cappucino " Th.Ch. Cappucino of San Chuan FCI.

Tattoo is the only one for this litter but this only one is so special. She is 1 month old and it is too early to tell what she will growing to be. BUT look at her...!! She is white with beautiful chocolate spots and light tan markings.

Tattoo lives with her mother at my brother's house. She is outgoing, playful little tyke. She has a big part of my heart.

The un-security guard

Thai people have sense of humor in our blood. This dog is a proof.

I found this dog at a university. He is a homeless, owner-less dog, who lives near a university security booth. On his neck, there is a collar and a name tag, which look similar to an employee name tag. The message was written in Thai and we can all assume that this tag was specially made for this dog.

The tag says:
A card allowing to bark and howl in the university.
Name: Mr. Boonlong Ruckhongair ( Mr. love air conditioning room)
Duty: un-security guard
Position: very special patrol officer

My two trees

Besides my family and my dogs, every tree in my compound means so much to me. We love them. They are like our family.Once we grow them in our area, we won't cut them down, even though they are short life trees like papaya trees, for example , which they normally die by themselves once they produce all of their papayas. Most people cut them down, but at my house, we don't do that. All the trees have their own lives, they have rights to grow and naturally die by themselves or when they are old - just like any other living creatures in my house.

The 2 trees stood at the back door of my house. The picture taken when the beginning. They were much bigger when they died yesterday.

But there are 2 trees in my house that just recently died. They were big trees that have been with us since the beginning. Both trees were destroyed by insects. We tried our best to help but they died anyway. My workers just chopped them down .

I have never learnt to pray for trees!! so just address here to say we are grateful for these 2 trees, for they provided shadow, made my house beautiful and cooled everyone in the family. They also tricked squirrels from somewhere to live on them and run around teasing my dogs.

These 2 trees were considered family and "gave" so much more to us more than what they received.

George Lee's family and Tinker Bell

I started my today morning by thinking of George Lee , a new very younger chihuahua friend from Arizona ,USA.

Lee is only 23 years old, half Korean-Hawaiian . He is a small hobby chihuahuas breeder and breed AKC chihuahuas since 2007, not very long history but it's only his first step with much love and big passion in chihuahuas breeding and showing.

Lee has a wife and her name is Nataliya. They have an adorable daughter named Yuri.

Thier 6 chihuahuas are pretty nice but the most interesting for me is Tinker Bell. As a matter of fact, he sold Tinker Bell to a young guy in Arizona and somehow, he changed his mind.

Tinker Bell followed Lee and slept with him in his bed. Lee never did want to keep her but she sticks with him like a glue.!! Lee didn't realize until she grows older and Lee finally noticed how much she truly loves him. He decided to keep her. And they have been best friends since ever. Lee said "Imagine that I could have sold her and not have her around with me at all. I am so thankful that she decided to stay with me and I couldn't be more than happy about that! "Lee treats her like his daughter and Yuri ,his real daughter loves Tinker Bell as well.

George and Nataliya wrote in thier website that they will always love Chihuahuas no matter what until they die and hope to pass it on to their daughter, Yuri to be a Chihuahua lover!

Irena at Aneridee, Finland

As I have said time to time that dogs always bring good friends to me , Irena ,a Cavaliers breeder from Finland is my latest friend.

What made Irena special for me is to know that she and her husband used to live in Thailand for many years. It was past 30 years before they left Thailand to Egypt and finally back to thier hometown in Finland and started breeding Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, ANERIDEE CAVALIERS ,more than 17 years right now.

Whe Irena and her husband lived in Thailand , they adopted a nice Thai girl named Carolina. Carolina joined them when she was 7 months old, and was 10 months old when they left Thailand to Egypt.

Irena wrote in her letter to me that Thailand is like her second home . Irena sent me some photos of her and Carolina when they revisited Thailand last time, which was in 2003. I placed 2 pictures of them here plus one picture of her cavalier named Fiona.

It's funny that we didn't meet or knew when they lived or revisited Thailand. We found each other when we are living in the diference parts of the world.

We love the same thing , Cavalier King Charles, and I hope our friendship will be last long forever.

Tommie Jr at Brislin's place

These are pictures of Tommie Jr that I recieved from Michelle Brislin few minutes ago , first thing when I woke up early Sunday morning (Thailand time).


Michelle took Tommie Jr 's pix at home after going to the park and went rock climbing with him and made it to the falls. Micvhelle said "I will have to take him back again to get photos at the park (I didnt remember to take it when I was going ) however..when we got home..I took some on my porch.."

Tommie Jr. is a boy out of our Tommy (Am.Th.Ch. Belive in Tommy Boy) and our super sweet girl named "Yardtip".
Tommie was born on August 19th, 08 so he is 8 months old now. Can't wait to see him in the show rings.

I brought Tommy to the computer and let him see his son's pictures. Tommy didn't care , he only kissed me lovingly again and again.LOL

Yardtip is living at my brother's house , I'll show the pictures of her son to her later.

A tiny Chihuahua who thinks he's a Buddhist monk

He is admired for his impeccable zen and ability to radiate a sense of inner peace.And while other Buddhists may have to wait years to reach enlightenment, this devotee seems to have attained Nirvana in just two. Unfortunately, appearances can be deceptive, especially when the 'monk' in question is a Chihuahua named Conan. The tiny dog actually launches into 'prayer' when he wants treats - and is richly rewarded by impressed visitors.

Zen-like: Practice makes perfect for Conan whose prayers are answered (usually very quickly) with treats. Conan, a two-year-old male with black hair and soulful eyes, begins his routine by standing beside a priest before the altar and staring intently at a statue of a Buddhist deity. When the priest begins to chant and raises his clasped hands, the little dog also lifts his paws and joins them at the tip of his nose. He is now the top attraction at his Japanese temple. 'He started to pose in prayer like us whenever he wanted treats,' said priest Joei Yoshikuni. 'Clasping hands is a basic action of Buddhist prayer to show appreciation. He may be showing his thanks for treats and walks.''It's so funny that he does it,' said Kazuko Oshiro, 71, who has been going to Jigenin temple on the southern island of Okinawa for more than 25 years.

'He gets angry when somebody else sits on his favourite spot. He must be thinking that it's his special place.' Conan may not be as devout as first appearances indicate but he does seem to have brought his temple home good luck. Visitor numbers have swelled by 30 per cent since his arrival and he a particular attraction for younger people. 'I'm glad that people feel more comfortable visiting the temple because of Conan,' Yoshikuni added.

Update Saiyai's puppies in Sweden

Ellika & Peter at Sugarhill Chihuahuas , my nice friends from Sweden ,have some show quality Chihuahua puppies from my super dogs. Those Chihuahuas are under temporary quarantine period in their house. They had to rebuilt a new room, renovated a new yard and make sure the environment are germ-free and that the chihuahuas will live comfortably in the area during this period. When they want to go in to feed, or spending times with the puppies, they have to wear a white clean coat and clean their hands once they come out. Also, whatever they bring inside, they can't take them outside until the quarantine period ends.

When they knew that I was in the middle of happiness and sadness, they decided to take some pictures of the Chihuahuas and send them to me, to give me some support. It works. !!!

The pictures might be not that clear because they have to take them from the outside, or from the edge of the door. That is because if they bring the camera inside with them into the puppies room, they have to leave the camera in there.


"Bally Boy" a boy out of Brooke & Donut. Bally Boy was not the best one in the litter , not even a gorgeous one when he was young. But ,Bally Boy appearance was touching Ellika & Peter 's hearts and they belived in Bally Boy 's great line. So Elika and Peter took him!! Look at him at this moment!! He has grew up beautifully at his 9 months old.


Hugo Guy was out of Masa (Dk.Th. Ch. Alveena Misty Meadow 's Masa FCI ) & Soy jumpa ( Th.Ch. ."Soyjumpa" The Flower of Love and Friendship ) He is one of a kind and is a great high hope of Sugarhills.

"Dew" is the latest girl that Ellika & Peter purchased from Saiyai. Dew is out of our sweet Tommy & Yardtip . Yes , she is a littermate of Michelle Brislin's Tommie Jr in the US.

"Divine" is a gorgeous boy out of Cash & Minnie. He looked very much alike his dad "Cash" so Simon Sim ,my friend in Phillipines kindly named him as " Saiyai Fandango Cash's Devidend"

Divine will make a ray of hope at the show rings in Sweden for Sugarhills . Now Devine is 10 months old.

Happy Thai New Year

April 13th of every year is Thai new year according to ancient tradition. We have this custom for a thousand year since the beginning of our country. We call our Thai new year " Song- Gran Day"

If I'm telling you in detail of how it began, this might look more like a textbook than a diary. In order to explain the beliefs and customs that is a thousand year old, I will need a another place to tell. For this blog, I'll conclude it as:

Song-Gran Day is on April 13th of every year. It's a grand celebration and one of the most important day for Thai people. We normally perform merit, offer food to monks, and bless each others. Children normally prostrate themselves to elders and give them flower garland, which made from jasmines and other flowers. They also softly spring water, which mixed with Thai special fragrance, from a silver bowl, which has Thai painting on it. While doing so, children pray for Buddha to protect the elders and wish them a long lives, meanwhile, the elders bless children be healthy, smart, wealthy, and successful. On this day, people normally wear Thai traditional clothes or at least a colorful shirt, printed with colorful flowers.

After the ceremony with elders, Thai people with come out splashing water and putting powder on each others' face. We joyfully celebrate like this all 3 days (13-15 April)

The custom of splashing water to each other might come from the fact that Thai New Year takes place in the middle of April, which is the hottest month. (Thailand is a tropical country and this is the hottest time, people are normally dry after a little while)

Song-Gran Festival is not only Thai holidays and the most important tradition of Thailand, it is also one of the most famous festivals to foreigners. This time of every year, there will be many foreigners, who come to Thailand to enjoy the celebration in ChianMai province and Kao-San road in Bangkok.

But Song-Gran this year, Thailand is under State of Emergency. One of the rules is omitting a gathering of more than 5 people and now it's too early to know what is going on at Kao San road, which is supposed to be the fun area.

However, no matter how many days and years passed, or no matter what the situation in my country is, I'm still able to find happiness from my dogs and from realizing that I have a good family and good friends. Any awful political situations can not decrease the happiness in my heart. Therefore, my love and good wishes that I pass to all my friends are not less.

Thank you for friendship and sincerity you have given to me and my 2-legs and 4-legs family. Thank you for making my days that even one of the darkest days get brighter because of your friendship.

I would like to send love and good wishes to everyone in every corner of the world.

Andrea & Roxana & Xena & Richie

Andrea Araya flew from California with her husband and little Xena to visit her sister ,Roxana and family in Switzerland. Thier parents flew from Costa Rica to join them too. We can imagine how great vacation they are having together. Richie which recently flew from Thailand to be the latest one in Roxana's family is having a great time with his new family.

Roxana kindly wrote to let me know that Richie has adjusted very well and very quickly to them. He is very spoiled. He loves to be kissed and hugged. Yesterday they went to Germany and had a picnic on the Rhine River. It is just a few minutes from Roxana's house in Swtzerland. Richie loved it. When a big dog walk by us he barked to defend us. It is so cute! Roxana's Dad laughs and loves to see how Richie is defending his new family!
They went to Basel ! This is the 3 points, They are in France, Germany and Switzerland all at the same time! It is a beautiful spring day!
