I didn't register a copywrite on Baron (Am.Th.Ch.Marlisa's Dancing Away Baron) before this because I always looked at the dog show world with respect. But she made me realize that among all of the respectable exhibitors and breeders in this world, there is someone nasty like her, too.
May be there are not enough nasty, disgusting things in this world and that is why she to make her way of living this way.
After I wrote a letter to her,these belows are what she wrote me back,proudly in what she has done to me,I think.

And while you are right to be very angry, I also think she sounds like an 18 year old girl who doesn't have a clue about what is and what is not appropriate. Her excuse about receiving a picture from someone else and thought it was ok to use shows how immature she is and that she still has a lot to learn about being a breeder. While it is not so bad to use someone else's picture in a personal site, in this case she used it to advertise herself as a breeder. Putting a picture of someone else's dog there is very misleading. It's a good thing you wrote to her. But don't think too much. I think she's just very immature.

I find that his the act of immature. People doesn't seems to have respect amongst each others these days. This is a surprise for me to see that other breeder could do such a thing with other breeder. Today, people find breeding dog as a competition but for me, I think that breeding dog should be a joy in helping other people find their love with the puppy. We should not compete because dog business is not like all other business because it involes more love and caring than just money and taking advantages.
Shame on you Rebecca Malanado!!! what you did was not righ but still, you wrote back with sarcasm. You need to apologize and begging for forgiveness on what you've done.

This is so shocking. I visited the woman's website to understand what she is doing...the writing, the spelling on the website and her letters is very, very poor, almost that of an illiterate person. That was most surprising to me.
Evidently, Joom, you caught her red-handed, there is your dog with his unique good looks on her site. That's called "pirating" a photo. I thought only teenagers did that kind of thing on their web circles.
If she is an adult, she might not be emotionally well. I wonder how many dogs are under her care.
Joom, you might need to report this as an incident so, if this happens again, you will have an "antecedent" that this happened before. This will improve any case against her.
I am so sorry this is happening to you, but you have to handle it with the right authorities, leave a paper trail, and then....let it go. You can't think all your life about people that envy you, or steal your photos, because there are many common thieves in the world. Deal with this severely, and then leave the matter alone. You have better things to do with your life.

Right away I knew that Baron wasn't her dog because she had no information about him, just a picture to mislead future puppy buyers. I have seen your site before and was very impressed, and I like how commited your family is into showing and preserving the standard for each breed.You have beautiful dogs, and I can tell they are well loved. I'd like to address Ms. Kerry Flientwood, who admits that she was the person that copied the dog's photograph off Saiyai Kennel's web site and sent it to Rebecca, who fraudulently posted it on her site as if the dog belonged to her.
Ms. Flientwood, in your e-mail you threaten the victim with the D.A.'s office regarding "slander." My sister is an attorney, and I can tell you that "slander" refers to someone saying something that's not true about someone else.
Yes, Saiyai Kennel is in another country that is not America. The beautiful dog Baron is not American either! Does that give an American breeder the right to take a photo from another breeder's website? And does that give another American breeder the right to post that photo as if the dog belonged to her, with no credits whatsoever to the real (non-American!) breeder of the dog?
I believe it would be best for the FCC to decide. FCC is the Federal Communications Commission. This is a government-regulated agency that investigates fraud and other criminal actions over the internet, in the mail, on television, in all forms of commun ication.
It would appear that your friend Rebecca would still be responsible for posting the photograph on her site. While you may have given it to her, the consequence lies with the owner of the website where the dog's photo was posted.
Fraud on the internet is not something new. If all of us took action everytime something like this happens, it would happen less often or not at all.
Perhaps there might be a way to settle this matter.
May I suggest that your friend Rebecca approach Baron's owner with an offer of financial compensation for using the dog on her website as representative of her breeding skills? Although the dollar has fallen miserably, ($2.00 = 1 Euro) I feel that both parties could reach a settlement.
Mrs. Sakawee would no doubt use the funds to help others, as she is a successful professional which is evidenced by high position in her career, her many award-winning dogs and her lovely lifestyle; adding that, morally speaking, she is a wonderful mother who has put her three children through college. This great lady has good friends all over the world.
So I hope your friend Rebecca can settle this matter quickly before the situation gets even more difficult. And please....just remember...do not take what does not belong to you. It's the best way to stay out of trouble.

Pink Biskit is one of many awards she "claims" that she won. I talked to the award person and this is what she replied to me, "Thank you for alerting me to this site. No, it has never received any award from my site but it was probably stolen from someone else's site who won the award" WHAT A SHAME!!! she might desperately needed the award so much that she lyingly claims it since she doesn't deserve it!

people. I have seen this myself, recognizing a photograph whose
breeder I know of posted by another person. If this happens in
America, the person whose photograph is used without consent

Out of no where, there was someone sent me a forward email saying that the picture of our Baron is appeared on your main page. Once we checked and found that it was right, my mom wrote an email to you. She only wanted that you say "sorry" we should be done. BUT you sent back 4 letters to lampoon us. We were sorry that we, as a victim, was called as being slander to YOU!
Talking about slander, which means false, and defamatory statement, please tell me when you :
1. You said you say sorry 500 times, please show me here once? You were never sorry but instead, you sent cursing emails to my mom, (4+2) 6 of them, which my mom posts them in here. Can you point to me when did you say sorry?
2.You said my mom, my family and my friends insult you dogs as pig or look down upon your family. Why don't you point out when? We never paid attention to your dogs, we never wanted to steal your dog pictures, we never knew you before, how could we call you dogs "pig" ?? To your family, we never knew or had any contact before, why would we insult them? But my mom did call you fat and nasty but that after you sent 4 nasty emails to my mom.
3. You said you only post the picture of our dog with your dogs, which is not true. You post only Baron's picture on the main page, above your beautiful description of yourself. There was none of your dog picture on that page. We made a copy of that page and show it here. Just because you removed Baron picture, that doesn't erase anything in the history of what you did. This doesn't include the fact that you show someone else's dog picture on your main page, which none of good breeders that have some "good" quality would do. You said you didn't know, which is so hard to believe, but we were ready to forgive if you only said sorry once - not 500 times like you said. Not only, you didn't say sorry, but you also blame, lampoon and defame my mom with very low words.
4. In your comment, it seems like it started nicely. My mom and I read then we were almost happy. We thought you would say sorry. But it turned out, you claimed that you said sorry for 500 times already and what else do we want? and still accusing my mom "slander". I wanna ask what did my mom do that called "slander" wasn't it you who use our dog picture? Like I said, just because you removed it already, that doesnt change the fact that you did. I just visit to view something beautiful an fun as had usual been before,but found something terrible happened to Mrs.Yupayao and my favourite Baron.
My advice is as same as some other's.Ignore her and pray for her dogs.

She was very rude and deserved to be blame. Her chi are not as good as thai local born of SAIYAI KENNEL. She put logo of AKC on her website but I didn't see any good standard of her chi...
that's why she used Baron to advertise her website...
The good breeders will not use the other people dog to place on their own website.

Wow.. this lady is only right about ONE THING.... Beautiful dogs you have. She had no right using your picture or anyone's for that matter. She sounds very rude and need to learn how to reply to someone and be more professional. I believe you had alright coming off angry being it is your dog and very disrespectful. She should be ashamed of herself! It's common sense the she shouldn't post pictures of dogs that she doesn't even own! She is very immature for someone who has had '15 years under her belt' and mock the one who she did wrong to! She has very very bad grammar, too. 15 years of 'experanice' should've known how to spell 'beautiful'.
