Yesterday I wrote about Tobias with his age at 8 years old. Today he turns 9 !!! This is the pic at his last day on the 8th which his mom took yesterday and sent to me.
Look at his chihuahua sitting beside him. I asked Sylvia about the chi and she wrote backthat:
the chihuahua his name is Hummer.its a male.When Tobias was hit by the car and stayed many days in a hospital,Hummer missed him so much.After Tobias came home from hospital Hummer is always sleeping with hem.it's so nice to see them :-)i think he have a friend for lifetimegr sylvia
Sylvia and her husband,Martin are very happy and greatful with what her friends oversea have blessed her son,Tobias. Tobias,ofcourse, is very very happy with what all of you have wished to him.

To Sylvia and Martin- a mother's advice:
-spend time touching him and massaging him.
-take him outside in the sunlight, around the block in a wheelchair if you can.
-read to him or watch a movie with him
All these things stimulate his mind and encourage chemical processes in his brain that are beneficial for him.
All our children leave us, one way or another, often by growing up. Treasure these times with your child while he is still a child.
Don't show him your fear. He will heal and grow up as much as he can.I personally believe that he will grow into a loving son and you will be surprised by all he is going to teach you.

Tobias still don't now how to read and write and also he don't now what happend with him.He only now because we told him the story.
This afternoon i go with his wheelchair to the store to buy a new computer for him.
he realy likes to play games.
it's a very calm birthday for Tobias. only my brother will come today and the girlfriend of my oldest soon of 18 years old.
Here in the Netherlands they find it very strange that we have many childeren of often i don't talk about me 8 childeren. Even Joom don't now that is have more childeren , now she also now:-)
